Phase 01
We get to know your business and your goals, and what's standing between the two. It all starts with a free thirty-minute call.
What we'd start with, what it costs and what you'd have at the end, written down for you to take away.
We work alongside your team to map how each job really gets done, then shape the process and the data around what your software can actually do behind the scenes, so a machine can run it the same way every time.

We set up the automation layer in your name, you give us access to the software you already run, and anything new that's needed is set up alongside it.
We take the repeated steps from the written process and build each one as an automation that runs the moment it's needed.
For the steps that need something read or a judgement made, we set up an agent with clear instructions and your own examples, agree what it may do on its own and what a person signs off, and put it to work inside the process.
Phase 03
As each piece is built we walk your team through it, take their feedback and change what needs changing, then let them try it on real work. Nothing goes live until they're happy with it.
We stay on to keep everything running, fix anything that breaks, keep the documentation current, help your team day to day, and advise on what's worth doing next, so the systems keep carrying you towards your goals.
Step 3, a closer look
Part 01
Whatever state it's in today, it has to end up clean enough to document properly and clear enough for a machine to follow, with each step in order and the information behind it held the same way every time. So we settle each process into one agreed way of doing it, and take out whatever isn't earning its place.
Part 02
We review the technical capabilities of the systems being run, talk you through anything that could limit the possibilities of the automation engine, and decide together what's worth changing. A large part of our service sits in these two steps.
If the first part is already in place, we don't start again. We begin with the technical review.

Our automations and AI agents run on an enterprise-grade technical layer.
It's hosted in Amazon Web Services' EU region, inside a private network that can't be reached from the open internet, and it's independently audited and penetration-tested, all of which we're happy to walk you through on the call.

Every account is in your name, and the automations work through a mailbox in your own business.

The process document is yours to keep. What we build is your firm's own private version, licensed for use within your business for as long as you want it.
